During a tour you will learn how raw ingredients, botanicals and distillation techniques shape each spirit. You'll hear a few stories along the way, and leave knowing exactly what makes our spirits different.

Making your distillery tour and tasting booking at Ruapehu Distillery is simple. Just use the booking form and choose your date. We'll be in touch to confirm everything and answer any questions. We expect spots to fill up quickly, especially on weekends or during the holidays. Tours will be available from late February 2026.
